Location: Yunzabit Heights; Northern Continent - Planet Earth
Time: 00:12 AM
Ever since his arrival onto the Planet Earth from the homeworld of Bhupal, the Saiyan in question doubted at the existence of others of his kind, believing them all to have killed each other from the Coup that his parents sent him away in the hopes that he wouldn’t get involved in such political affairs. A part of him was concerned over the loss of such a race, and yet a part of him had zero care of what happened on the homeworld, believing that such a people of upbringing to be soldiers were bound – no – destined to have torn each other apart the moment the opportunity arose. In a way, such a mindset; in a neutral sense of such things, could really only see such an outcome from an outsider’s perspective, which is rather comedic coming from one of their very own.
In reality, Callion never knew what had happened on Planet Vegeta nor the outcome of the coup, and was more focused on himself and trained to better himself as an individual in the grand scheme of the Universe. For it was here at Yunzabit Heights where the Saiyan trained and meditated on his own to increase his power, away from any prying eye, as well as making sure that no human was harmed during the course of the Saiyan’s workout event whilst on his own. It was thanks to the Monsul Monks of Planet Bhupal that had transformed Callion’s body and Mind to find balance as a warrior and also one who finds peace within himself from the beast within himself.
Yet, in this endeavour and moment, such a beast he was about to face altogether.
With the winds that howled ferociously across the mountain range, appeared a ferocious monster… A beast with a savage black fur, twenty feet tall in height, a multitude of razor-sharp teeth which only became grotesque with the saliva and drool that oozed out of the gasps like tar onto the grassy floor. The eyes of such a creature glowed red; crimson as Hell itself, the target being the Saiyan before him. This monstrous nightmare was nothing short of a Dire wolf, corrupted by negative energy – how this happened would forever remain a mystery – and yet the threat was ever more present with the sole purpose to do harm and to kill.
The snarl and guttural sounds that the beast was making, immediately caught Callion’s attention, his eyes slowly opened, a slight turn of his head to the left which had to make him slowly look up to fully greet the creature that seemed to have arrived within the thick veil of the fog that had engulfed Yunzabit Heights. The silence filled the air around the two, the eyes of man and beast glared at one another, the very deciding factor of who would make the first move – such a scene held on for a good five minutes, the wind slowly picking up in speed and the light of the crescent shaped moon reached its zenith as it shined the pale moonlight down on the two.
For it was in that very moment, the Dire Wolf struck first.
Within a moment, the monster lunged forward and attacked, claws extended like swords, the jaws opened, revealing the spear like teeth, and the earth and rock that was holding the two quickly crumbled under the might and sudden attack by the ferocious monster. The towering hill began to collapse, the scream of the Dire wolf fell as it was partially entombed into the rocks, though still very much alive and by all means badly bloodied. For Callion, all he had to do was use his speed and dodge out of the way, realising that such a rabid beast would no doubt cause more harm to oneself rather then inflicting damage to the initial target. The Saiyan hovered in the air, taking a moment to look at the miserable state of the creature before him, seeing the thick ooze of negative energy that was slowly seeping out from the beast, the saliva and blood mixed together, from no doubt the interior organs being crushed from the debris, in a way barely keeping the poor creature alive.
If the Saiyan was properly raised on Planet Vegeta, he’d no doubt taken a more sadistic approach to the situation and ensure total dominance over the beast before tearing the creature apart. But Callion was raised by those who knew better than to lower oneself to such barbarism, and decided to end the suffering the beast who was fixated by an animalistic desire that appeared to be heightened by such foul energies. With a swift movement of the hands, the Saiyan reached forth and grappled the beast by the neck, and with a sheer usage of both speed and strength, he’d end the suffering of the Dire wolf within that moment.
A sad end for an unfortunate creature.
Callion took the moment to look at the now lifeless creature before him, closing his eyes before gazing over at the remaining debris and use the leftover rocks to give the large creature a deserved burial; a means to give such an unusual monster the peace of death. A bow of his hand and his hands clasped together which followed by a moment of silence, Callion left the Yunzabit Heights… He had indirectly completed his training, but not at the cost of one of nature’s precious gifts of life. Perhaps in a way much of this remained true, as is the old saying:
Time: 00:12 AM
Yunzabit Heights; a timeless and mountainous range of solid rock and debris as far as the eye can see, untouched and untamed by the fabric of time – where nature still ruled and controlled this vast part of the world. One can argue that there was indeed beauty to this area; which of course it meant that such a place was the ideal area for a Saiyan to train in peace and away from all distractions that would interfere in his meditations. Such a person of a warrior race, whose upbringing was brought from a race that honed and tamed the art of war and combat was none other than Callion; The Warrior Monk.
